Custom Stainless Steel Macro-Bins

Macro-bins offer optimum area to height ratios for the fermenting of red grapes. The inherent problems with Macro-bins constructed from plastic are sanitation, easily damaged and life to name a few. Because fermentor geometry has a bearing on extraction and style, we offer Macro-bins constructed from stainless steel.
